Antípoda. Revista de Antropología y Arqueología (Universidad de los Andes, Colombia) has opened a call for contributions to a special issue on the epistemologies of entanglement in Latin America – a theme at the heart of the EDGES project.

The issue explores how these epistemologies emerge from encounters between Indigenous and modern knowledges in science, academia and the university, including the dialogues, tensions, misunderstandings and silences these encounters produce. Knowledges are approached not as fixed systems or objects, but as intellectual and political practices rooted in specific histories and ways of relating to the world.
